Reporting a Damaged Parcel

  • Customers must report any damage within 24 hours of delivery.

  • The request must include clear photographic or video evidence of the damaged parcel and product.

Return Requirements

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • All original labels, seals, and invoices must be intact.
  • The item must not be altered or opened (unless damage is clearly visible upon delivery).

Return Process

  • Upon verification, our team will provide return instructions.
  • The product may either be picked up by our logistics partner or the customer may be asked to ship it back.

Refund Policy

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be approved if it meets the eligibility criteria.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or an alternative agreed upon method.

Non-Returnable Cases

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or customer negligence.
  • Requests made after the specified 24-hour reporting window.
  • Items that are used, opened, or missing original packaging.
